Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using the mobile applications and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Exien (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

  1. "Service" refers to mobile applications such as CCCamera, Metal Detector, Sudoku, etc., developed and provided by the Company, and services incidental thereto.
  2. "User" refers to a person who uses the service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective by being posted within the service or on the website and announced to users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
  3. If the Terms are changed, the Company will announce them from 7 days before the effective date (30 days before for changes unfavorable to users).

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

  1. The Company provides mobile application-based tools and game services to users.
  2. The Company may change or stop all or part of the service according to operational and technical needs, and in this case, it will be notified through announcements within the service.

Article 5 (Obligations of Users)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Interfering with the normal operation of the service.
  2. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software provided by the Company.
  3. Stealing other people's information or using the service in an unauthorized way.
  4. Other acts contrary to relevant laws and good customs.

Article 6 (Attribution of Copyright)

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
  2. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, or distribute information obtained by using the service without the Company's prior consent.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision if it cannot provide the service due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure.
  2. The Company is not responsible for obstacles to service use caused by reasons attributable to the user.
  3. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the information provided within the service and is not responsible for any damage resulting therefrom.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall be the governing law for disputes arising between the Company and users.
  2. Lawsuits regarding disputes arising in connection with service use shall be brought to the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.

Addendum These Terms shall come into effect on May 12, 2026.
