Wherever you go these days, you can't miss talking about ChatGPT. But when I actually signed up and said “Hello?” There are probably many people who tried it once and then left it aside because they had no use for it. You may be thinking, ‘Isn’t this only used when coding?’, but ChatGPT can be a great assistant even in our very ordinary daily lives.
Today, I will share How to use ChatGPT daily that anyone can use right away!
🍽️ 1. Recipe maker from the refrigerator
Are you wondering what to eat for dinner tonight? Please throw the leftover ingredients in the refrigerator to Chat GPT.
Example prompt: "I have half a tofu, an onion, a can of tuna, and an egg in my refrigerator. Recommend three spicy recipes that I can make in 20 minutes. I'm new to cooking, so explain the process very easily." It provides surprisingly convincing customized recipes organized in order.
✍️ 2. Trim ambiguous emails & messages
Whether you're asking your boss to approve a vacation or politely requesting a negotiation in a used car sale, you may be at a loss as to how to start your first sentence.
Example prompt: "I'm planning to buy a laptop at Carrot Market. Please write a polite but non-offensive message asking for a discount of 50,000 won." If you give it context, it will extract text with a very appropriate tone and manner that is neither too stiff nor too light.
✈️ 3. My own customized travel course planner
Are you the type of person who finds planning a trip stressful? ChatGPT is a great travel guide.
Example prompt: "I'm going on a 4-day, 3-night trip to Osaka with my parents next month. Please make an itinerary in the form of a table that includes as little walking time as possible, mainly local food that is not too sweet, and a day at a hot spring. Please also write down the approximate travel time between each place." We quickly create detailed, customized schedules that are difficult to obtain through a simple search.
📚 4. Summarize a long and complex text in 3 lines
Use it when the article or report you need to read is too long and you feel overwhelmed.
Prompt example: "(After pasting the long text) summarize the main content of this article using three numbered labels so that even middle school students can understand it." There is nothing better to save time for busy modern people. You can quickly grasp the key points and move on.
ChatGPT provides much smarter answers the more specific the question and the more detailed the situation is. Starting today, give ChatGPT your little daily worries. You will feel that you have a much more reliable daily assistant than you thought! 😊
